- Add 4 1/2 cup water or chicken stock and bring to a simmer.
- Cover, reduce heat to low, and let cook until liquid has absorbed, about 20 minutes.
- Turn off the heat, cover, and let sit for 10 minutes.
- Using a fork, fluff and serve.
