Cooking Directions

What you will need:

  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup of oil
  • 1 cup of water

Preparation for two 9″ pans:

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Spray lightly each pan or grease pans or paper liners for cupcakes.
  3. Combine 4 eggs, 1 cup of water, and 1/2 cup of oil.
  4. Add cake mix and blend well.
  5. Bake 25-32 minutes.
  6. Cake is done with toothpick comes out clean at center.
  7. Add gluten-free icing or top with strawberries or any other fruit.

One 9″ round or 8″ square pan:

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Combine 2 eggs, 2 1/2 cups of mix, 1/3 cup of oil, and 1/2 cup of water.
  3. Blend well.
  4. Bake 25-32 minutes.
  5. Cake is done when center comes out clean with a toothpick.
  6. Add gluten-free icing or top with fruit.

One 13″ round pan:

  1. Follow instructions for two 9″ pans
  2. Bake for 35-40 minutes.
  3. Cake is done when center comes out clean with toothpick.
